With a knack for patient and communicative problem-solving, Abbey thrives in her role by assisting and guiding homeowners through the warranty process. People she’s interacted with would say that she truly listens to help, fostering strong connections with clients nationwide. Her commitment to understanding homeowners’ concerns makes her an asset to QBW members. In her own words, she finds fulfillment in easing builders’ stress and building personal connections with them and with their homeowners.

Outside of the office Abbey enjoys baking, painting, and spending time with her family.  Through her daily interactions, she not only brings expertise to her role but also a warm, empathetic touch to the QBW community.

Communication with Homeowners

I’ll conduct daily assessments of non-emergency service requests during normal business hours. I can communicate with homeowners about warranty repair requests, questions they have about pro reports, and guiding them through submitting new lists in the SOS software portal.

Communication with subcontractors

I can assign warrantable repair requests to subcontractors identified by the builder to schedule and facilitate repairs with the homeowner. I can also provide subcontractors with SOS software tutorial training materials


Communication with builders

With your direction, I lead periodic reviews of any escalated or significant homeowner concerns and subcontractor issues. I’ll help process warranty service requests by constantly acting on your behalf to communicate clearly and consistently with homeowners.
