Amy is a seasoned professional known for her adeptness in overseeing and supporting her  team in developing strong customer relationships. As a resource to QBW members and to her confident and effective team, she is available for complex concerns and challenges. Colleagues describe her as helpful, passionate, and a team player, reflecting her commitment to excellence in every aspect of her role. With over 25 years of diverse customer service experience spanning industries like banking, fashion design, and home building, Amy brings a unique perspective to problem-solving, drawing from a well of unconventional solutions.

Beyond the office she finds joy in her family and watching her favorite shows on the Bravo channel. Originally from the Baltimore area, Amy is always cheering for the Ravens and the O’s!

She stays abreast of industry trends and finds satisfaction in interacting with homeowners and builders nationwide, fueled by her fascination with home design and décor.

Amy is a proud alumna of the University of Delaware. “Go Hens!”

Supporting Strong Relationship with QBW Members

At QBW supporting our members and helping protect their reputation is a core value. As a resource to you and your personal Relationship Manager I work to develop solutions to advanced requests and complex challenges of managing homeowner warranty concerns.

Operational Efficiency & Member Qualification

I support your Relationship Manager and our underwriting team to provide administrative support and annual screening reviews, ensuring that QBW members meet and maintain Liberty Mutual standards. 

 

 

Training and Development

I engage with your Relationship Manager several times each week to provide continuous training and development of best operational practices, assist in resolving especially difficult builder challenges, and gather feedback from home builders on ways to improve our systems and processes.
