Quality Builders Warranty is seeking to hire a full-time Customer Relations Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. We are looking for candidates who are outgoing and personable with a focus on client satisfaction and attention to detail.

This position earns a starting base salary of $40,000 per year (based on experience).

Job Description

As a full-time Customer Relations Specialist, you are an important resource to our Customer Relations team as well as our external clients. You will be responsible for supporting a team of relationship managers with their daily administrative tasks. Your workday will consist of internet research, data entry, and additional administrative functions assigned by the Customer Relations team, all while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and ensuring client accounts are current.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate effectively with their colleagues via phone and email as well as other external clients in an effort to complete the functions of the job. This is an entry level job with a pathway for advancement to a Relationship Manager position.


Candidate attributes to include:

  • Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and desire for teamwork.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and an aptitude to quickly learn other internal computer programs and processes.
  • Well-organized, efficient, dependable, and accurate.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service and/or an administrative role desired, but not required.
  • A pleasant personality is a must!
