We are looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager who is energetic and self-motivated. Our clients love QBW, and we need to share that with more of them! The mission of this position is simple –find creative ways to share our great client-stories with the rest of America’s best homebuilders so they can experience being part of our community. You will also utilize resources to continue educating our clients so their experience keeps getting better.

What We are Looking For

We want a MARKETING guru who can drive digital campaigns, share information and gain leads through every online channel imaginable. We need an individual who will take initiative to do the work by bringing ideas to the table, moving projects forward, testing practices, and seeing them through to fruition. For this role, we need someone who is creative, productive, diligent, curious, and enjoys being part of a team (that one is non-negotiable)!


  • Build and execute an annual QBW marketing activity plan to increase QBW awareness and grow customer lead generation.
  • Design and implement component marketing campaigns using traditional and digital variations to achieve increased inbound customer inquiry with measurable efforts resulting in sales team prospect meetings and customer acquisition.
  • Develop, implement and manage content messaging for traditional, social media and paid campaigns to promote QBW differentiation and awareness amongst prospective and existing customers.
  • Manage marketing asset portfolio to include trademarks, brand standards, logos, collateral materials and the graphic assets within QBW’s ecommerce tools (website, landing pages, QBW Direct, SOS, BOOST).
  • Update, create and maintain marketing communication materials to support QBW content messaging.
  • Develop and maintain insights on campaign effectiveness, geographic market potentials, customer needs and industry trends in collaboration with our business development team.
  • Continuously measure ROI and KPI’s of marketing initiatives, report the findings and utilize information to enhance marketing plans.
  • Create marketing strategies to build out new channels of business.
  • Plan and create video marketing content and campaigns to support new business development and client education.

  • Experience working with various digital and social media platforms.
  • Experience working with inbound marketing campaigns.
  • 4-year degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Must have the ability to work in the United States.
