Professionally, Michael’s background includes a certification in Human Resources Management and managing in-house warranty services for a national home builder — bringing invaluable insights to his current role. 

Outside of work, he’s an avid reader and racquetball enthusiast, where he boasts a past as the #1 ranked player in his division in North Carolina.

Michael finds genuine joy in easing the burdens of home builders and helping them serve their homeowners by actively listening to needs and finding effective solutions. His commitment to staying updated in the home building industry through publications, news reports, and client engagement underscores his dedication to excellence.

Beginning with new member onboarding, QBW members can continuously expect white glove service. I’ll meet with you or your representatives to establish need and subsequently integrate QBW resources to help streamline your existing warranty process.


Supporting our core value of being a true partner to our members, I can work with your web developer or directly on your site to integrate SOS Software, cobranding, local My Coverage, and more to enhance your homeowner experience and take weight off of your warranty team.



During the onboarding process our team of warranty administration experts can provide materials or offer live training to your warranty, sales, or production teams.

Ongoing training is gladly offered as frequently as you determine is needed.
